I'd like to express my sincere thanks to DHL (s) for its excellent service, especially to Michelle Ong who helped arrange to collect and send back my bag with a laptop inside that I lost overseas a few weeks ago. Without her patience and continuous efforts, I won't be able to get back my bag so smoothly. Actually it is not an easy job, and many other courier companies rejected my request. I was served by Ms Priya whom was absolutely efficient and accurate with delivering my multiple legal documents to multiple countries . She obliged by amending my requested details to the delivery and offered up suggestions for my parcel delivery for safety and security . I was here on 18 June 2025 at around 12.30 pm. I don't have the name of the lady at the counter (I think she is a Malay?). She was super helpful and patient with me as I had multiple addresses to send my package to. She also helped me clarify the many questions I had regarding the calculation of the weight and price. She was really polite and kind towards me. I am really greatful!!! I hope her boss can see this and compliment her alot!!!!!!! ~ Chan Y

I went to DHL express service point at Tai Seng Drive this afternoon for shipment. I would like to compliment Ms. Moxy who have attended to me at the customer service counter today. She is very patient, attentive,helpful,understanding and provide very clear guidance on DHL's services. She doesn't hesitate to provide extra mile of her services. Was at the Tai Seng Drive DHL to send a shipment last week. Nina was knowledgeable and helpful to advise me what I can and cannot put in air parcel. Was surprised she has worked in DHL for so many years and you can still feel her passion in her job. Really appreciate the efficiency of DHL. The seller putting wrong address for my incoming parcel, I contacted DHL immediately received the shipment notice via email. DHL help desk is easily available, and immediately arrange the same day self collect. The front desk staff is polite and helpful, offered me a cup of free coffee while waiting for my parcel. Five-star service from start to finish. This is probably the most efficient courier service point I've ever visited. The team is knowledgeable, well-organized, and genuinely helpful. DHL is always my first and preferred choice whenever I want to courier something overseas! Their website is user friendly & so far I have not encountered any problem in using the system. The DHL staff at counter #1 and counter #2 along with the security ( lady) was so respectful and courteous that it has to be a culture there. All three individuals were so respectful that I took notice. The precautions taken against CV-19 before entering is the best and most indept I've encountered. Friendly staff in a modern facility. Has every possible thing you need to send your documents/parcel overseas. Easier to access if driving or taking a cab. If taking public transport, it's quite a walk from the nearest bus stop. Building not noticeable from the main road. ~ Elsie S

I must say that i had a brilliant customer experience at this Tai Seng Branch for DHL. I was distressed by day’s attempt to seek various courier service including our local postal services to get my important document send abroad. And i need a return prepaid courier shipment back to me from the recipient. None can provide that. Even DHL call centre can’t give me a satisfying answer. I was desperately trying to find solution. My dire search led me to Tai Seng. And that was almost 1hr before counter closing. I was attended by Counter staff Ms Mary Ong. She patiently attended to me. She first advised me where to park my car as all the lots were taken up by the contractors there. So she guided me to just park at the porch opposite and then went on to assist me. Im just very thankful that there was a pleasant and helpful staff who was attentive to my needs. She went the extra mile helping me to find solutions to my situation. I would go all length to write this to thank her and congratulate DHL for having trained a staff like her. Definitely an asset to your organisation. As a HR at Changi, I would have offered her a position with my esteemed organisation. The staff was very helpful in ensuring that my package was properly weighed and boxes. They also helped in giving advice of what to do next time for easier processing and making the the weight lighter to save on costs. ~ VJ P

Their online tracking website has options for different types of contactless delivery if preferred. Otherwise, recipient signature together with pictures of delivery will be sent to designated buyer. So far very pleased with DHL’s service. ~ Alan Y
