We visited the DHL Service Point (East Service Centre) at Tai Seng to return a smartwatch that we had purchased online. We were assisted by Kayleen Ann, and the service she provided was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Kayleen Ann was warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. She patiently guided us through the return process and even went the extra mile by printing the shipping and return slips for us, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful return into a very pleasant experience. I had a very positive experience with Arti who demonstrated excellent product knowledge when she answered my queries on the use of other DHL drop off points and pick up service. She knew exactly what to do with the forms I had printed out and was quick in handling the return process for my shipment without me having to say anything. I went to Tai Seng outlet as I wanted to send a shipment but was not confident in my shipper abilities & wanted help with the customs declarations as well. (Since i was sending a gift to the states) The staff was well equipped with knowledge, able to advise & answer all the questions that I had with patience. The service rendered was entirely pleasant throughout the whole process. I’m glad DHL still has the people touch from their ground staff. I'd like to express my sincere thanks to DHL (s) for its excellent service, especially to Michelle Ong who helped arrange to collect and send back my bag with a laptop inside that I lost overseas a few weeks ago. Without her patience and continuous efforts, I won't be able to get back my bag so smoothly. Actually it is not an easy job, and many other courier companies rejected my request. I went directly to DHL's Main Hub at 1 Tai Seng Drive because I was unsure of exactly the steps that I needed to take to send a very specific package to the UK with complicated customs requirements. All of the staff from the uncle at the main gate and everyone at the customer service desk were so extremely kind and helpful in guiding me exactly to what I needed to do. She is very patient, attentive,helpful,understanding and provide very clear guidance on DHL's services. She doesn't hesitate to provide extra mile of her services. I was here on 18 June 2025 at around 12.30 pm. I don't have the name of the lady at the counter (I think she is a Malay?). She was super helpful and patient with me as I had multiple addresses to send my package to. She also helped me clarify the many questions I had regarding the calculation of the weight and price. Was at the Tai Seng Drive DHL to send a shipment last week. Nina was knowledgeable and helpful to advise me what I can and cannot put in air parcel. Was surprised she has worked in DHL for so many years and you can still feel her passion in her job. Really appreciate the efficiency of DHL. The seller putting wrong address for my incoming parcel, I contacted DHL immediately received the shipment notice via email. DHL help desk is easily available, and immediately arrange the same day self collect. The front desk staff is polite and helpful, offered me a cup of free coffee while waiting for my parcel. Was trying to send some stuffs overseas , was told to registered for a account online but was frustrated trying to do it, cos I'm a IT idiot 😆, decided to visit DHL Tai Seng and get it done in person. By DHL that's just like fast And furious picked up on 20-8-26 from Singapore and delivered to My city in India on 22-8-26 by early noon 1.15pm. Yvonne at DHL Tai Seng is extremely knowledgeable in her scope of work and very helpful in explaining the customs rules (as far as DHL has visibility to). The DHL staff at counter #1 and counter #2 along with the security ( lady) was so respectful and courteous that it has to be a culture there. All three individuals were so respectful that I took notice. The precautions taken against CV-19 before entering is the best and most indept I've encountered.
