Customer's reviews
Dear Eileen,
Thank you once again for your call and update earlier.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support you’ve provided today. From the moment you first called this morning, I had a strong sense that this delivery issue would finally be taken care of — and you certainly followed through.
Your dedication was clear — you called me three times today to provide timely progress updates, which I found both reassuring and highly professional. It’s rare to experience such attentive and proactive service, and I’m genuinely grateful for your efforts in pushing things forward and ensuring the shipment was released.
Thank you for going above and beyond. Please do keep me posted on the final delivery, and I hope your excellent service will be recognised by your team.
Warm regards,
EST

We visited the DHL Service Point (East Service Centre) at Tai Seng to return a smartwatch that we had purchased online. We were assisted by Kayleen Ann, and the service she provided was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Kayleen Ann was warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. She patiently guided us through the return process and even went the extra mile by printing the shipping and return slips for us, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful return into a very pleasant experience. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized. A big thank you to Kayleen Ann for her outstanding support. She is a great representative of DHL, and we truly appreciate her kindness and dedication.

I had a very positive experience with Arti who demonstrated excellent product knowledge when she answered my queries on the use of other DHL drop off points and pick up service. She knew exactly what to do with the forms I had printed out and was quick in handling the return process for my shipment without me having to say anything. Throughout the interaction, she was friendly, patient, and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her efficient handling of the return to the merchant gave me confidence that the matter was in good hands. Overall, a great example of quality customer service.
