I'd like to express my sincere thanks to DHL (s) for its excellent service, especially to Michelle Ong who helped arrange to collect and send back my bag with a laptop inside that I lost overseas a few weeks ago. Without her patience and continuous efforts, I won't be able to get back my bag so smoothly. Actually it is not an easy job, and many other courier companies rejected my request.
